- * If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy and refund the balance to you. (Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.)
- * Should the booking be cancelled by the hotel, a full refund of your payment will be made. However, we are not responsible for any other charges such as traveling expenses.
- * If your payment is by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.

* A child/children 3 years or under sharing a room with adults without using an extra bed will not be charged.
* A child/children 4-12 years sharing a room with adults without putting extra bed will be charged only breakfast fee of THB 375++/child.
