Please note that when you cancel the booking due to personal reasons, cancellation fee will be applied as follows. (Cancellation policy will vary depending on hotels.)
- * If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy and refund the balance to you. (Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.)
- * Should the booking be cancelled by the hotel, a full refund of your payment will be made. However, we are not responsible for any other charges such as traveling expenses.
- * If your payment is by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.
RATE NOTICE
- * The rates quoted are in Thai Baht per room per night for both single and double occupancy.
- * The rates quoted for Family Room are in Thai Baht per room per night for both triple or quad occupancy.
- * Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
- * Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast.
- * A child/children 3-11 years sharing a room with adults without putting extra bed will be charged only breakfast fee of THB 250++/child.
- * The extra bed fee is depending on room type.
- * Minimum 5 nights stay is require during Peak Season Period.
