Please note that when you cancel the booking due to personal reasons, cancellation fee will be applied as follows. (Cancellation policy will vary depending on hotels.)
- * If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy and refund the balance to you. (Bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund.)
- * Should the booking be cancelled by the hotel, a full refund of your payment will be made. However, we are not responsible for any other charges such as traveling expenses.
- * If your payment is by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.
RATE NOTICE
- * Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
- * Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast.
- * Transfer to Had Rin Pier is free of charged.
- * A child/children 4-10 years sharing a room with adults without putting extra bed will be charged only breakfast fee of THB 120++/child.
- * Minimum 5 nights stay is required during Full Moon Party period.
